Then the journey begins with a scenic drive to Syabrubesi (1467m). Syabrubesi is the starting point of the trek; from here you will commence the trek to Rimche (2455m). After Rimiche, the next destination is Langtang village (3430m). After exploring the beautiful Langtang village, the trail heads towards Kyanjin Gompa (3870m). We will take a day to acclimatize in Kyanjin Gompa. Then the trailheads to Lama Hotel (2470m). From Lama Hotel, the trail descends to Lama Hotel (2470m) which will be our last day of the trek. Finally, we will drive back to Kathmandu.

Detail Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

After you arrive at the Tribhuvan International Airport, you will see our representative waiting for you. He will greet you and transfer you to the hotel. Here you can freshen up and manage your luggage. You can visit the places which are near the hotel.

We will be organizing a warm dinner as a welcome in the evening. You will be staying in the same hotel for the night.

Day 2: Sightseeing in Kathmandu and preparation for trek

Trip duration: A whole day (Around 9 hours)

Maximum Altitude: Kathmandu (1350m/4428ft)

Meals: Breakfast

We will spend an entire day exploring the Kathmandu valley. Today, we will try to capture most of the heritage sites which are enlisted in the UNESCO world heritage site. We will give a holy start with a visit to the Pashupatinath temple. Then we will drive to Boudhanath Stupa which is an important holy place for Buddhists. Then we will drive to Swayambhunath stupa for some splendid view of the valley. From here, we will visit Patan Durbar Square which reflects the Newari art and architects.

Finally, you will return back to the hotel for the night and pack all the necessary items for the trek.

Day 3: Drive to Syabrubesi (1467m)

Kilometers: Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (145 km)

Travel duration: 7 hours.

Maximum Altitude:  Syabrubesi (1467m)

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

After having breakfast in the hotel, we will set off for our journey. The journey begins with a drive to Syabrubesi. We will pick you up from the hotel and take you to the bus stand and leave Kathmandu. The route is full of natural landscapes and beautiful villages. You will also get to see the view of Langtang Himal ranges.

After reaching Syabrubesi, you can get freshened up and visit the beautiful town. Overnight stay in Syabrubesi.

Day 04: Trek from Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel (2470 m)

Trek duration: 6 to 7 hours.

Maximum Altitude: Lama Hotel (2470m)

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

After breakfast, we start our trek from Syabrubesi along with the river and a nice view of the landscape.

Overnight at Lama Hotel.

Day 5: Trek from Lama Hotel to Langtang village (3430m)

Trek duration: 4 to 5 hours.

Maximum Altitude: Langtang village (3430m)

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Today Morning we start our trek at 8 am from lama hotel. On The way, we get a nice view of mountains and valley of lama and Tamang culture. We have our lunch at Ghoda Tabala and rest there. After rest we start our trek to Langtang Valley

Day 6: Trek from Langtang village to Kyanjin Gompa (3870m)

Kilometers: Langtang village to Kyanjin Gompa (6-7 km)

Trek duration: 4 to 5 hours.

Maximum Altitude: Kyanjin Gompa (3870m)

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Leaving Langtang village, the trail passes through an alpine forest all along. We will ascend through the steep paths and reach the small settlements of yak herders. Then we will walk alongside the Langtang Khola. The more we get closer to Kyanjin, the more you get to spot the Buddhist mani walls carved with religious mantras. From the viewpoint of Laja Khola, you will get a panoramic view of Kyanjin Gompa and icefall from Kinshung and Lirung.

After reaching the village of Kynajin we will get to the tea house and have a cup of coffee with an amazing terraced view. Overnight stay in Kyanjin.

Day 7: Hike to Kyanjin Ri (4773 m) Or Tserko Ri (4984 m)

Trek duration: 6 hours.

Maximum Altitude: Kyanjin Ri (4773m) Or Tserko Ri (4984 m)

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

We will take an entire day to acclimatize in Kyanjin. Firstly, we will be exploring the viewpoint, so we will embark on the steep ascent to Tsergo Ri. From this point, you will be able to see twenty-one different summits. You also have another alternative that is the trek to Kyanjin Ti. We will go for an early morning hike to the top of the hill towards the northeast of Kyanjin Gompa. This hike is comparatively easy than Tsergo Ri.

From this point, you will be able to get 360-degree view of mountains, valleys, lakes, and more. After enjoying ourselves here, we will trek back to Kyanjin Gompa for the night.

Day 8: Trek from Kyanjin Gompa to Lama Hotel (2470m)

Kilometers: Kyanjin Gompa to Lama Hotel (6 km)

Trek duration: 6 hours.

Maximum Altitude: Lama Hotel (2470m)

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

After early morning breakfast, we will leave Kyanjin Gompa. It is our day to say bye to the Buddhist community of Kyanjin. The trail goes back to Lama Hotel. Since we are descending the trek won’t be much difficult. The route passes through yak pastures and alpine forests. We will have a lunch break in Langtang village.

Then we will continue our walk to Lama Hotel. After reaching Lama Hotel, we will transfer to the tea house. Overnight stay in Lama Hotel.

Day 9:Trek from Lama Hotel to Syabru

Kilometers: Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi (6-7 km)

Trek duration: 6 to 7 hours.

Maximum Altitude:  Syabrubesi (1503m)

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Today is the last day of the trek; we will be leaving the Himalayas wilderness behind us. After having breakfast, we will continue the trail and descend to Syabrubesi. It will take you 6 to 7 hours to reach Syabrubesi. The route passes from the quiet forested hills. If you have the strength to hike more, you can use the Rimche route as before and pass from the Sherpa village. The route is longer yet stunning.

After reaching Syabrubesi, you can relax and enjoy the foods with surrounding views. Overnight stay in Syabrubesi.

Day 10: Drive back to Kathmandu

Kilometers: Syabrubesi to Kathmandu (145 km)

Trek duration: 7 hours.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Leaving the beautiful scenic trek, we will return back to Kathmandu with lots of memories. After having breakfast, we will take a bus and drive back to Kathmandu. We will be following the same route as before. After reaching Kathmandu, we will transfer you to the hotel and you can rest.

Overnight stay in the hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 11:Final departure

Meal: Breakfast

Today is the day to say bye to Nepal. After having breakfast, our representative will drive you to Tribhuvan International Airport as per your scheduled flight time. You can remember us for any future trips and travels in Nepal.
