    Now you will get to climb the stable paths where you can feel altitude sickness like difficulty breathing. For that, you need to walk slowly and keep your body hydrated. Beginning slowly, you will hike to Manaslu Glacier to Basecamp at 4800m and return.

    As another alternative, you can also trek to Birendra Tal, which is a short distance from Sama Gaon. This alternative is good if you feel altitude sickness and feel the necessity to rest.
