Today our journey begins from Kathmandu. You will leave early in the morning for the Nagarkot climb. Many travelers, however, choose to spend the night at a hotel in Nagarkot and witness the stunning sunrise the next day. You can go from kathamndu to nagarkot by bus or other vechiles as well.
One of the advantages of Nagarkot Hike is that you have the freedom to pick your route. The journey starts in Kathmandu and ends at Sankhu. First, we will enjoy the Nagarkot taking in the beautiful morning sight from the top of Nagarkot. After that, we’ll continue on our journey to Sankhu by passing through the Nagarkot waterfall and then back to Kathmandu.
A beautiful sunrise or sunset can be seen through the journey if the sky is clear and there are no clouds. However, the main draw of Nagarkot Village is the panoramic scenery it offers to visitors. As you land in Kathmandu, one of our representatives will be waiting for you in the TIA. Our representative will welcome you to the airport. After that, he will transfer you to the hotel in Kathmandu. Thus, you can take a rest in the hotel room. Furthermore, you can also prepare for the trek as today you will be hiking to Nagarkot via Sankhu.
You will be traveling toward Nagarkot if you have made all your preparation for the trek. First, we’ll take you to sadhu village by car. It will take you around 3- 4 hours to hike from Sakhu. As soon as we get to Nagarkot, we will be able to a breathtaking sunset. Following that, we will transfer you to a hotel in Nagarkot.

06:00 AM: Sunrise view at Nagarkot
We will take you to a sunrise viewing location early in the morning. From there, you’ll get a spectacular view of the sunrise. The weather, on the other hand, can be an impediment to vision in some rare circumstances. As a result, people want to travel in the spring and autumn.
08:00 AM: Breakfast in the Hotel
We’ll return to the hotel after watching the sunrise view from the top of the Nagarkot. You will be able to have the most delectable cuisine. After having breakfast again, we will dart forward to our trek.
09:30 AM: Explore Nagarkot Valley
You will check out of the hotel after breakfast. You will get the opportunity to see some of the local villages and the Nagarkot Valley before proceeding back to the Sankhu.
We’ll go for a walk through beautiful pine, oak, and rhododendron woodland. We’ll also go to several local villages and connect with them. On our trip there, we’ll pass through various farmlands and terraces. Finally, we’ll take a break for lunch and a rest in a serene location.
12:00 AM: Lunchtime
Now we’re going to a local eatery in Nagarkot for lunch. You can also taste some of the unique cuisine offered in Nagarkot. Following our lunch, we will return to Kathmandu by the same route we took to Nagarkot.
01:00 PM: Hike to Sankhu
Finally, after lunch, you will be heading back to the Sankhu. Again you will for around 3-4 hours to reach sankhu from Nagarkot. Sankhu village is a small village near Kathmandu. This place is rich in Newari people and culture and unique culture, values, and traditions, which you will be able to see through gates and temples.
04:00 PM: Drive back to Kathmandu
You will reach Sankhu today. We will transfer you to your hotel in a private car. After a long day hike, you can take a rest in your hotel room. In the evening if you want you can also visit different restaurants and taste other food.
Our agent will transfer you to the Tribhuvan International Airport today, before your departure flight. If you want to see some of the surrounding areas of Kathmandu before your departure flight, you can do so.
