The Seti River Rafting lies in the western part of Nepal which is also a left tributary of the Trishuli River. An amazing fact about Seti River is that it is white compared to other river waters which are due to the limestone minerals in the soil. You will be able to tackle with class III rapid level while you are rafting from Saran Ghat to Gai Ghat.

The Seti River originates from the south facing of the Himalayas – Api and Nampa peaks. You can easily reach Pokhara and Chitwan from the ending point of Seti River Rafting by road. Detail Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Nepal

Meals: Dinner

Hello from Nepal!!

It’s your arrival day in Nepal. Our representative will pick you up from the airport and drop you at the hotel. You can take a shower have some rest and manage your stuff in the hotel. We will meet you at the dinner in the evening and introduce you to the group. You can enjoy a delicious local Nepali cuisine dinner.

Overnight stay at the hotel of Kathmandu.

Day 2: Sightseeing Day in Kathmandu and prepare for the trip

Trip Duration: 7 to 8 hours

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

We will take a day to embrace the beauty of Kathmandu. We will start off with a plate of warm breakfast. Then we will start to sight see the popular cultural heritages and historical sites available in Kathmandu like: Pahupatinath Temple, Swayambu Monkey Temple, Boudhanath, Patan Durbar Square, Basantapur Durbar Square, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, etc.

Finishing the sightseeing day we will return back to the hotel and prepare the bags for the trip. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 3: Drive to Damauli and raft to Saran Ghat

Drive Duration: 5 hours

Travel km: 149 km

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

We will have an early morning breakfast so e could leave early for the trip. Be ready early so we can pick you up and drive to the bus station. From there we will take the tourist bus and head off to Damauli. We will take a south from Narayanhiti Palace. Along the drive, you can see amazing landscapes, terraced fields, mountain views (Manaslu and Ganesh Himal), Trishuli River valley, etc.

After we reach Damauli, we will meet our rafting crew members. They will guide us with safety lines and instructions. Finally, we will join the awaited rafting journey. We will raft towards the Saran Ghat. We will set up the camps for the night. You can see various people of Gurung and Magar community around the village.

Day 04: Raft from Saran Ghat to Gai Ghat

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

We will breakfast at first then continue to paddle. Today we will be tackling with Class III of rapid level. Seti River meets up Trishuli River as it goes forward. Paddling for more 20 minutes, we will reach Gai Ghat which is the ending point of our rafting. Then you can rest in the village and sightsee nearby sites. Chitwan National Park is also near from this area so you can drive in the night (depend on your itinerary choosing).  Or if you don’t want to spend a night here, we can leave for Kathmandu in the night bus.

Overnight stay in Gaighat.

Day 05Drive back to Kathmandu

Drive Duration: 7 to 8

Travel km: 392 km

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

After having breakfast, we will take the bus to Kathmandu. It is a long drive so we will leave early. Throughout the way you can see beautiful farming lands, green hills, and rivers. We will take a lunch break in between then continue the drive.

It we will be evening when we will get to Kathmandu. Arriving in Kathmandu, we will help you shift to the hotel. You can rest and have you dinner. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 06Final Departure

Meals: Breakfast

Ending the rafting journey here, it is the time for departure. We have the pickup and drop service, so we will help you reach the airport as per your time.
