Terms and conditions are required to bind two parties, namely you (the client) and us (the company) (Nepal Mountain Adventure). You should read the terms and conditions before booking a holiday to understand the company’s policies and value system.

It also assists in the resolution of any future legal challenges that may occur. As a result, terms and conditions help to establish a positive relationship between you and us. The following terms and conditions should be understood:

Contract:

You will receive a formal confirmation letter after you have paid the trip deposit. A contract is formed here.

However, we ask that you review it and double-check that the information matches what’s on your passport. Please let us know if you see any errors or omissions.

If you make a reservation on behalf of others, it is your responsibility to guarantee that all of the other participants have signed the contract. You will be the person to whom the company will attempt to contact if there are any modifications to the agreement.

All unpaid payments will be held on you. It also assumes that you will go over the confirmation message and double-check that there are no errors or gaps in the data. It’s vital since the organization won’t be held liable for any errors or omissions that occur after the booking process is completed.

Medical Requirement:

If you have any specific medical issues, please let us know throughout the booking process. Any contract signed by someone who has a mental illness is legally void. As a result, if we find out, you could lose all of your money after paying for the trip.

Asthmatic patients, persons of a certain age, pregnant women, and children have a harder time walking and walking. You should mark this as a customer right away in the form.

Medicines and equipment will be arranged according to your need. You must write it out loud and clear.

Insurance:

Travel insurance is a must-have item when going on a trip. Deaths, illnesses, accidents, medical bills, and emergencies should all be covered by insurance (aircraft rescue). You should be able to submit documentation at the time of your request. If you didn’t, you wouldn’t be considered for a trip by the travel industry.

Amendments:

You should be aware that Himalayan treks are difficult. Your only options may be farmhouses, resorts, and teahouses. We will ensure that the services and meals provided are hygienic and safe, even though the location cannot give you the highest level of luxury.

If there are any domestic flight delays, you will be well taken care of. You are free to go to a nearby restaurant or any other location.

Outdoor events may be rescheduled if the weather changes suddenly during the day. The client is solely responsible for the international flight delay.

Documents Required:

You must verify that your Visa and passport are both valid. Make certain you are aware of all visa requirements. We can get you a Bhutan and Tibet visa if you send us a color-scanned copy of your passport and a passport-sized photo.

We, as a company, will not be held liable if your admission is rejected due to an expired visa or a lack of documentation.

Photographic Permission:

During the tour, the company reserves the right to photograph the customers ( with consent, of course). The images can be used in promotional materials such as brochures and websites by the company.
